I don't remember ever feeling this hopeless

You must have really forgotten the 2010 season when we were loaded......
I think we had the most kids drafted that year and we went 7-6. Or how about the year we closed out the OB?

Was there and it was the first and only game I ever left early. But I still had more hope then compared to how I feel now.
 
Write it down. If somehow Folden finishes 7-5 or by some miracle, 8-4, and of course his obligatory third or fourth in the Coastal, the Golden slurpers will go crazy and compare the season to 2001. Watch. They will taunt, mock and berate any doubters.

The good news, we ain't sniffing 8-4 and probably not 7-5.

Before that, 2010 leaving the stadium after USF. I said to my buddy that the program is dead, they'll never fire Shannon...

I bet Mr. JWG324 would have repped a thread with "feeling" that we go 11-1. LOL!

I am absolutely frightened by the possibility we win 9 this year in spite of ourselves. Did you see how bad Nebraska is?

Huh? I hate this coahcing staff just as much as anyone.

These threads are just getting annoying. We get it, we suck. We're not what we use to be. Do we need a thousand threads talking about the same ****?

Last time I was this despondent was when Ped State rejected fatso and hired Franklin. Next time I will feel a little more hopeless than now is when Ryan Williams comes back and manages to win enough games to save that fat fck.
 
Mia football has felt this way for 10 yrs. where has everyone been. Yea we will have little shimmers of hope. Then we have a bowl game we are close to 500 over the last ten yrs.

At this point in the footvall program, anything over 8-4 is above the norm of the last ten yrs.

I was wondering where you were going with this. Because as is, I can't see 7 wins on the schedule. The only victories I could see are Arky St., Ga Tech and possibly Cincinnati. Va Tech and FSU are guaranteed losses. The rest of the schedule, we will be under dogs, with the possible exception of Pitt.
