I was able to hold back all the way until the point where the reporter askes Toney something along the lines of how does it feel to be a freshman and have such an impact in helping his home town Canes to thier first ever playoff win. He was holding up so well, so mature and humble and that question just broke him into happy child mode as he was able to fully take in the moment. I went to smile simultaneity as he did, and then fully took in the moment myself…that’s when the tears started….so proud … LFG CANES!
