Everyone ragging Richt's extension doesn't get that it's standard operating procedure, in large part because of recruiting.

Kids want to go in feeling like their HC is secure and going to be there his entire four years.

I think its gonna be a little tougher than SF thought it was to bring back the huskers, i dont think he realized kids were not standing in line to go to Neb like they used to be. I thought back when he was at UCF they may allow them into a P5, like the ACC, and still dont get why they have no shot at getting in. **** they are a huge school with plenty money, and they could damm sure compete, whats up, anybody ?

What's the big deal about the extension? Every one at Nebraska knows it's a total rebuilt job. Frost has demonstrated that he can rebuild a program and turn it into a winner.
