Hypothetical Question regarding N’Kosi

you dont burn a redshirt like that. no way. no fb and this ol and you want a kid that skinny in their against clemson DL?

why are people so stuck on the "burning a red shirt". if the player is any good, he is gone in 3 years anyway you count them........... get a grip.

Perry is very skinny. i saw how beat up jacory got as a sophmore. we at least have a s&c program that will have him ready next year. Also, this kid was NOT ready. his hs tape is raw talent but he was doing it against a lower level of competition and that running around making crazy bomb throws is not working in the ACC. i rather bring him along right that damage him as a true fresh.

who even said Perry is good enough to leave in 3 years?

Sorry if I don't trust Pete and D$ about Perry being a sure deal. Do you guys remember how these two slobbered all over Kayaa's ****?

trayone gray, javonte dean one and done, cager, etc. alot of kids have been hyped up. Richt knows QBs as well as anyone, he was not huge on rosier but perry clearly wasnt ready.

The only way I would make a move like that is if Rosier is injured and cannot play because starting Shireffs would be tantamount to conceding the game. But as long as Rosier is healthy enough to play, you gotta roll with him at this point.

If Malik struggles like he did yesterday against Clemson do you burn Perry’s RS? If not against Clemson would you do it in the playoffs if we make it. Same question if Malik is hurt. The stakes are so high that it seems like something to consider.

Sounds crazy but to a man everyone agrees that not burning Frank Gore’s Redshirt in 2002 for the Ohio State game was the biggest regret. He didn’t stick around for his 5th year so it was a wasted redshirt anyway. If N’kosi is any good he won’t be here either.
I think it’s not as crazy as people want you out to look. It has crossed my mind especially if we have a top Qb recruit coming in Storm18 class. But there’s a reason CMR hasn’t done that so We as fans just have to trust in the process CMR is implementing concerning our QB situation. Malik will be ready! He seems to love and thrive under the lights.
