Hypothetical on Future QB Battles

I'm open to portal but if we do, we run the rusk of losing our entire QB room except for Izzy.

the point that you missed is that the coaches will have access to alot more info that we the fans will not. there is alot less unknown to them about what we have at QB verses what fans will know from watching QB’s get minutes at the end of blowouts against overmatched teams.

They dropped the ball on this Oline... And they won't get a spring ball to evaluate the progress.. I'd bet they pay heavy for a new Oline...

Brother!! Behind the scenes negotiations with player agents are ongoing. Having a short transfer window changes nothing.

Brother we only can really sign one QB per cycle. No one can really stack QBs anymore because of the portal.

I agree but the nickel coleman abrams cypher all look like better prospects than judd and Emory. But if we can get a QB who has more experience and ability than nickel I would go with him.

Zero pre-snap-work, zero audibles at the line, half-field-reads... you know, like young QBs in college. No team would waste a 1st on a QB that still needs to learn the fundamentals.

That goes for a lot of QBs though. Not something that they can't learn, but something they haven't learned and done yet.

Because they are listening to the propaganda spewed by some of our rivals and media talking heads claiming we are a rent-a-QB program.

I couldn’t give two *****. It works and other programs would do the exact same thing if they had the resources at hand to do so.
 
The only difference between a QB like Braden Atkinson and Luke Nickel is opportunity. Luke has the arm talent with a gun slinger mentality.. If he started next season I wouldn’t be upset.
