I agree with GoC above. Last year cannot be something that is just brushed aside and forgotten. Last year is critical to the process of changing the fvck3d up mindset of this team and use it as a mega springboard for putting this team in a place to win big.
Sometimes you gotta taste the pathetic taste of embarrassment very clearly in order to develop the taste for exquisite performance. I hope Reed watches bits of last season film with the locker room on a regular basis just so he rub it in how pathetic we were. They need to own their dysfunction fully before exploding into new brand we need to be
