He ran nothing but go routes and screen passes at Stranahan. It was mostly against teams like Hallandale. He has talent but I thought it was going to take him until his 3rd year. He needs a lot of development. Dugans can recruit but I never thought he was good at developing and evaluating. With the right coaches, Williams can be a very productive WR imo. I didn’t think he was a 5 star but he can go somewhere and get at least 700-800 yards receiving.
