"CIS" is not saying it's a whiff. CIS is saying that Longstreet was the only realistic target with high upside talent left in the portal, and it's a very questionable decision by the staff not to pursue him.

It looks like Longstreet cooled on LSU because LSU was bringing in Leavitt. Longstreet needs to go to a smaller school if he wants to start immediately because these noteworthy power schools want or have experienced guys in front of him.
