Hurts+Miami = UM vs. Clemson

This is all stupid. I'd love to have Hurts but OU is clearly the better choice (please take your canes shades off) unless he really wants to continue working with Enos. That's the only pro we have over OU; or he doesn't think he's a fit for OUs offense (I happen to think he isn't a great fit but it's not about how I feel).

Same chance to start
OU = playoffs and unbelievable recent success with QBs

Though Miami > than Norman but this is a career decision now

I know i just type to type. An undefeated Big 10 team would get in over an undefeated Big 12 team and 2 SEC teams could be in the mix in a hundred different scenarios. So yea OU could be left out even if they are undefeated.

He just gave you an actual fact about OU still making the playoffs with one loss, and your rebuttal is a make believe scenario that hasn't happened. But no worries to you as you pass it along as fact.

Lol no one loss sec team is getting in over an undefeated OU. If OU goes undefeated they are guaranteed to be in CFP

The REAL reason why it makes no sense for Hurts to transfer to Oklahoma is that he has one shot left to get out from behind Tua and show the NFL that he now has the tools as a passer to make it. He won't get to do that if he goes to Oklahoma because he's not a good fit for that offense. He would very likely get beat out by Rattler or someone else. That probability makes it a bad business decision.

As Tate Martell might say, "Don't swing and miss, bro."

I guess the PINK ELEPHANT is that people are completely ignoring Miami offensive lines issues. There is no reason for him to think that coming to Miami is anything but a risk with a lot of upside., The question is the risk worth it? I would assume he would get drafted right now in the late rounds.

Based on last season he has to think that coming to Miami could be a disaster that destroys his draft status unless he absolutely trust what the coaches are telling him. I mean come to Miami and win and get drafted in the first or second round. But come to Miami and get the same type of offensive line play that they have had and you might not get drafted, Is he that confident? I don't know but not even Tom FN Brady would have landed us in the playoffs last year.

Miami has a first year coach, is coming off an awful season, has no offensive line and people are throwing out beat clemson.... Umm OK.

I want em all man... all of em... but I aint too blind to know what the decision is made of. This kid doesn't bleed orange or green., He is also getting advice from agents and his parents. People are telling him he is good enough already.

I personally think Maryland is the safest bet for him. If he doesnt win then Maryland isnt supposed to win. If they do then he is awesome. Oklahoma is a risk of not playing at all, which the coach could squash with one lie, but he has to know that if he gets injured then no matter what the coach tells him he could be done. I personally think the OK decision is basically the same as Miami in that its about trusting what others are telling you. The only thing Miami has going for them in this equation is Enos. Hurts has had a new OC every year of his college career. Maybe he really believes what Enos is selling, but if he doesn't he aint coming. I think its that simple and the more time that passes the less confident I feel.

Who knows the relationship of Hurts with Enos...........we all speculate, but that is the key factor.....
If Enos lays a plan out, how does it compare with the OU plan, and not even considering Maryland, which makes not sense in his short term, long term planning.
Enos is the key.

This right here should be the BIGGEST attraction to Jalen Hurts for his LAST SHOT at becoming nationally featured.

Him coming to the U gives HIM and MIAMI a shot a going up against the best team. Just showing up at the ACC CG gives his and the rest of the team's draft stock major NITRIC OXIDE BOOST.

What are the upsides?

Defense should be ROCKS once again....dare i say even better with Quarterman returning.

Downsdies?

OL & WR...... Enos+Manny must close recruiting/transfer portal strong with some great gets that surrounds Hurts with the weapons he needs to win EVERY GAME.

Competition?

1) Oklahoma-- they went 10-1 on a pretty SOFT schedule. Here's 2019-- still pretty soft-- do you see any MARQUEE GAMES? NO!

2) Maryland: FUGGETABOUT IT!

You think Hurst will go play at THIS SCHOOL????? WHY????

Dude OU lost one game in the regular season and made the playoffs. We played an awful schedule and struggled to be 500! We are not in Oklahoma’s class right now

We had a bad-*** Defense that was Top-5 and a lower 100-120 offense was the reason we lost our games this year....

ENOS can change that on Offense quickly.

OU puts Hurts right back into a situation where he gets "Freshmaned" out of starting. Just a big name backup....

UM gives him guaranteed starting QB role and a coach who knows him and knows how to work around the Offense to max his potential before he declares for the NFL.

So our rbs, wrs, and o line will automatically get better. We played nobody all year and we’re an average team at best. Good teams don’t lose to BC, Duke GT AND VA. We need much more than a QB

We got ENOS......at 5 times the salary he was getting at Bama.....

Yea.....i think Manny's serious about turning around the O fast to take advantage of the Top 5 defense...
