Him coming to the U gives HIM and MIAMI a shot a going up against the best team. Just showing up at the ACC CG gives his and the rest of the team's draft stock major NITRIC OXIDE BOOST.

What are the upsides?

Defense should be ROCKS once again....dare i say even better with Quarterman returning.

OL & WR...... Enos+Manny must close recruiting/transfer portal strong with some great gets that surrounds Hurts with the weapons he needs to win EVERY GAME.

Competition?

1) Oklahoma-- they went 10-1 on a pretty SOFT schedule. Here's 2019-- still pretty soft-- do you see any MARQUEE GAMES? NO!

I know i just type to type. An undefeated Big 10 team would get in over an undefeated Big 12 team and 2 SEC teams could be in the mix in a hundred different scenarios. So yea OU could be left out even if they are undefeated.

Those are great I can only think of a couple reasons for Oklahoma...

1)Lincoln Riley has produced TWO heisman trophy winners...just facts the guy can flat out coach.

2)Oklahoma has a easy shot to the playoffs except against Texas...

3) cant think of any other advantages over Miami but most of their games are in Oklahoma or Texas which is close to home

Oklahoma is stacked, period, Hurts best opportunity for a NC is with OU. He instantly makes Miami a lot better and I would agree a shot at Clemson in the ACC title game, but stop selling Oklahoma short, great coaching, great scheme, great o-line, great receivers and an average defense. Sooners will have a great shot at the CFP again next year. With Hurts or Martell, Canes are vastly improved and may have a shot also.
