Hurricanes Secure Series Sweep Over Boston College at Historic Fenway Park

The University of Miami Hurricanes baseball team (27-18, 12-9 ACC) completed the series sweep over the Boston College Eagles by a score of 3-2 at Fenway Park Sunday afternoon. Daniel Cuvet’s three-run home run in the eighth inning was the difference maker as the Hurricanes registered their second straight ACC sweep and now hold a 9-1 record in their last ten games.

Actually at 6 of 9, you’d have been at least in the conversation to host with a competent OOC season.

Still not a JD fan, but he gets a ton of credit for turning the season around with this team. Hopefully they can close out strong and make it to the postseason.

D1 floated that hosting was technically still a possible outcome for the season. Not probably, not likely, but winning all 3 series left would get us as a high 2 somewhere. Make noise in the tourney and top 16 could happen.

Haven't lost an ACC series since Walters and Robert were replaced as starters.
