So glad we got coaches who know what it takes S&C wise and nutrition. Also, seeing Richt wants to bring youth league players to games is awesome

I always had a "fantasy" of UM giving every school in the tricounty area, free tickets to 1 UM Home games a year (in the upper section).
Only problem with this is that Miami-Dade county public schools alone has 345,000 students plus 40,000 employee's...So that may not be plausible to give away that many free tickets.

I think a bigger issue since we left the OB is lack of public transportation leading to and from Joe Robbie Stadium.
Back in the OB days, I used to park car at one of the public transportation parking areas then take train/bus to games.
I used to see alot of kids with their parents and grandparents from the inner city riding along as well.

Off season conditioning is working... In January when Shaq step on campus He was about 247 almost 19% body fat... Thursday he was 237 and 12% body fat... His goal weight is no more than 240 and goal body fat is 15% ... 17 Reps of 225 before the start of his freshmen year.. I can see him increasing to 30 - 35 reps before leaving.

I dare you to find one college coach new to a program that doesnt claim the same thing
- clearly scheme is different which will help however I will wait until 3rd and 1 against a D1 program before I get excited
There's the pipe smoking old sport coat with the leather elbow patch wearing fan who refuses to get excited about his own team despite massive and obvious improvements all around.

My boy is friends with one of our D-linemen.

He said the players love Felder and that he's much better than Swasey. The player said that he's way more detailed. Also said everybody is shredding fat.

Glad to hear. I remember watching some of those preseason hype videos a couple years ago and the kids had terrible form on power cleans. Now I know why.
