"Potential injury"?

What does that even mean? He doesn't have one yet, but he might have one in the future?
 
Probably felt something abnormal and they are being abundantly cautious. At least that's what we should all be hoping is the case. No need ignoring something even if it's it minor and turning it into a long term issue.
