I'm impressed that Mario is trying to improve the team's football IQ and has referees at camp actually throwing flags. One of the most frustrating things over the past 15 years has been the undisciplined play resulting in boneheaded penalties that often killed drives. I think we've consistently ranked amongst the highest in penalties in that time.

Facts. Unnecessary penalties and special teams need to be focused on more and I'm hopeful we see immediate improvement in both these areas.
