High-profile Hurricanes alum, after the game: "Instead of flying a banner, why don't they pay to fly that Make-A-Wish kid to the next game?"

ecause they post on the WEZ and that makes them smarter than all the rest of us.
Thank you. It's sometimes difficult to own up to a truth, especially when it's a painful admission.
You may note that Golden is now playing each and every play completely unlike all other plays over the past 3.5 year, as he knows his job is on the line right this moment, every moment.
To suggest the banners do no good is just one dumbass assumption. He and that entire staff are feeling the heat - so hot the hairs on their ears are singed.
I had a family member who had a kid that did the Make-A-WISH, and it was a one-time deal. The boy had a great day, lots of folks went well out of their way to make the day special, and it provided him with some great memories.
To confuse the one time Make-a-wish event with what is wrong with the Miami program is just a big, cheap stunt, and I'm very grateful that the kid had a good weekend at Miami. But for some ******** to consistently refer to the banner in a manner that bleeds over into a done event is just assholishness at it's greatest.
Golden isn't out of the woods, and we beat the worst VT I've ever seen. Some will thump their chests, some will laugh in disgust, but the fact is, nothing has changed. Golden's past three and a half years clearly indicates he's in over his head.
But some of you dip***ts continue to fade a worthy charity event with Golden's tenure.
Too dumb to realize that retaining this crappy coaching staff is NOT another charity event.
