Should’ve hired Hugh Freeze.

Great coach, great offense and great recruiting.

That Miami guy, pro style bro **** is corny and has been corny for 15 years.

College football has moved on yet here we are trying to run an offense that’s archaic at best.

Too bad a bunch of Columbus bros got together and hijacked the coaching hiring process and hired their boy rather than the best man for the job. And if it wasn’t Mario it was gonna be manny cause they weren’t really interested in the program’s success.

The problem ain’t the players, it’s the people around this program that have ulterior motives that make decisions that derail any chance this program has at being successful. It’s been going on for over 15 years and this new staff is a manifestation of that rot.

Was and still am willing to role with Mario, but all the “Mario or bust” y’all was certifiably insane and a massive red flag that institutionally we were still ****ed. Our only hope is that Mario is staring in the mirror and reinvents himself completely.

Thank God we didn't hire Hugh Freeze. Freeze is now 8-12 at Auburn including 2-5 in year. His offense is scoring 15 PPG against P4 teams.

I’m not happy with the loss. I think our OC and DC are awful. Mario has recruited his *** off, he in a couple years has built something that will be good for years to come. He has done a great job getting us great players when we were really awful. Seriously if you don’t see it you’re either stupid or a FSU fan.

My bf is recruiting his *** off:

-Top 5 class following up a top 10 class after last year amidst all the losses. Yes the majority will stick. He now owns the state of Alabama. How is recruiting going to go once the blue chip ratio on the roster is equal to Georgia? Imagine a coach who recruits like Georgia but can actually coach. They’re going to get another top 10 class in 2026 with another year on the books.

-One mistake sticking with Thorne this year but even a slightly better qb and Auburn is bowling again. They’re playing well despite Thorne and have young stars in the wings who are still very young (with more on the way next year +portal). Deuce Knight, Walker White, or a portal qb worth their salt and Auburn wins 9-10 games next year.

-he is going to eat (rewind)

I’ve always heard the logic on here that bags are what mainly matter and he’s got a 2nd straight top ten (maybe top 5 ) class on the way.
