How you like these apples?

Or is the play calling so bad that we can’t really evaluate the OLine based on the usual metrics or layman’s eye? Just playing devil’s advocate.

I’m starting to lean more and more towards the latter at this point, personally, to be honest.

lol at the replies. PFF is a joke and our OL apparently sucks since its not the 2001 OL.

Better listien to a group of angry, delusional CISers who have never even seen 2/3 of these teams play.

lol

You people struggle with context...

Getting the bronze medal in the special olympics that is ACC OL play does not mean the OL is good.

Say what you want about the playcalling but when it comes down to grown man football nobody can convince me that they trust this Oline on 4th and 1.

Oh, I don't disagree at all. And no one, not even the most Pollyannish person on this board, would say that this line is anything but average, at best.

I'm just saying if the other team knows exactly what you are doing the moment you line up in formation, it becomes difficult to determine whether the position group is as bad as they look. And I am not exaggerating. That UVA game film truly shows that their defense knew exactly what we were about to run at least 60% of the time, probably more like 75%.

I'm fed up with Searles and this Charmin OLine. But our predictability on offense isn't helping them out.

Meet the 2018 University of Miami Offensive Line, everyone...
