How you feel being a canes fan?

****ed off and disappointed for a few hours after a loss but realize it’s only football and there are more important things in life to worry about. As you get older you realize this more and more but as a young kid watching the Coker, Shannon and Golden eras the losses were tougher to shake.

No amount of current or future misery can can undo the heavenly experience of our glory days. Even Bama is just trying to be us. It remains ALL ABOUT THE U.

I am doing fine. I have a great life that doesn't depend on Miami winning or losing to justify my existence on this planet. I agree we have major issues this year. Play calling is one of them for sure. But players fumbling games away, whether it is Perry, DJ, or JT is NOT coaching. It is just guys not doing what they know not to do. Playing GT, whose offense limits your number of possessions, is a recipe for disaster this team couldn't afford. You just can't turn the ball over like that. If we were in the hunt for something big, it would have hurt more. But I have researched this before and posted it, the offense is led by freshmen and sophmores with little junior or senior depth. These guys will flash at times but they won't be consistent. I didn't expect us to be a so-so team this year by any means. So that hurts. But I didn't expect us to win the ACC this year. It really does take a coach FIVE, not FOUR years to purge a previous staff's recruiting misses. I see Perry as an above average QB. I see JT as elite. I think Lingard and Cam are elite runners and Richt is known for getting quality RB to succeed. It is up to the OL coach to succeed or get the **** out of here. I mean you have to win the battle in the trenches every week. We have lost that battle for four consecutive weeks. That needs to change. But whether we win or lose the last two games, I will always be a Canes fan. It is something that was in my blood when I was born at Jackson Memorial Hospital. I am a Cane for life and my love for the Canes won't die no matter how many people post negative things about players or coaches on this website.

Feels a bit s'hitty....but, I will take my worst day of being a Miami fan over the best day of being a fan of any other team!

Reminds me of how I felt in the mid-90's before we returned to greatness. I started doubting whether we would even win another championship. We all know what happened next. I'm not jumping off this bandwagon and I'm not rooting for losses. Being a Cane fan is like some blood in, blood out **** for life.

Extremely disappointed, fed up with Richt, but still hoping the administration pulls their head out of their asses & get the right Coach (even though I know that's highly unlikely).

Still a Cane through and through no matter what, I'll watch every game & root for my team always. No amount of Corching ineptitude will shake me. A Corch might be here for 4 or 5 years, but I'll be here long after they're gone, I'm in this thing of ours for life. I bleed Orange & Green.
