B.

Small sample size. Threw one bad pass, but it was on the money and could have been caught. The fumble wasn’t good but even that was egregiously bad. He lost the ball a half-second before he hit the ground. I’ve been much worse.

TD pass to Langham was beautiful. Perry ran the ball a few times when he saw it open, and was usually after he tried to make play with his arm.

The only thing I don't seem to like about his game, and the sample size is small...But I don't think he quite has the clock in his head figured out when to slide up, over, back, or out of the pocket. Especially on rushers coming from the weak side either unblocked or a missed 1 on 1. But man, him being able to throw with the accuracy he does has upgraded every position on the field.

I went B for a B-. He looks great, accurate and pretty fast with his decision making. The INT wasn’t his fault, if Harley attacks the ball with his hands and not letting it come to his chest he would have caught it. The fumble is rough i mean you just gotta hold into that ball. Other than those blemishes I was very impressed. The anticipation on that TD was beautiful. Was that route designed or improvised?

I'd give him a B. Richt didn't ask for much from him. Next week I don't see it playing out like it did tonight. I expect Richt to let N'kosi throw a lot more and get the ball to our play makers.

I chose B but I am inclined to say A- he was fantastic the first half. Second half he had one pass attempt. I think the defense being out there too much because of their own domination did hurt the offensive rhythm. I mean we probably had what, 45 plays?? We scored on every drive except for the first and even on that drive we were in their territory so it was helpful to get spicer a confidence punt to pin them inside the 20. I'm proud of Perry, the fumble was all 78's fault he got WRECKED on that play. Yes he had the check down to homer but if he had a second more he would've hit.

The INT was a tight throw but hit MH dead on the chest and was very Catchable. I honestly believe he wasn't expecting it since he was in essentially double coverage. I will always take a pick like that over the one he threw vs Savannah state. He believes in himself and I'm ok with that. But the offense is a machine with him and I foresee many big stat games in his future. By the way that throw to Langham was unbelievable, the anticipation to make that throw and throw him open was Sunday caliber. I'm just so glad richt had the balls to make the decision, keep building him up and I'm telling you he will be astronomically better by the time we play Clemson in Charlotte.

Things that don't show up on stat sheet is how the defense had to respect the pass, which opened up the run. Good qbs can win a game without throwing for 300 yards if they can make the D start guessing.

B/B-.
Poor decision on the INT, need to protect the ball on the fumble. Threw behind Thomas on the bubble and same on the slant the next throw to Langham.
No. questionable decision is a more accurate description, slant was a good throw lead him to yac space away from defense

He has to work on the slow running back hand-off.... takes too long and can see it from a mile away.....
...but he played very well for his first start
... wish he had gotten some reps last year towards the end

St Louis like he trying to get dude killed. Its pathetic two weeks in a row. I cant judge him of only able to throw 12 times. In the 3rd qtr the offense was out of sync. I chalk that up to the fact they spent so much time on the bench because of defensive scores and the turnovers. His first true test will be a reeling FSU.

In a situation like this with a Redshirt Frosh starting his first game against a Conference opponent in Prime Time I just grade based on a pass/fail scale.

I was not expecting much and he exceeded my expectations. He passed the test,

I agree that there was PI on the INT, but sometimes you have to judge the decision as well as the result. Shouldn't have thrown that ball. Overall I was impressed, though so I grade his first start B.
