How will the board react on a W this weekend?

Even if we curb stop free shoes, the vibe around Gluten is so toxic even roaches don't waddle near him. By January Chip Kelly will be popping bottles after announcing he's taking his talents to Souf Beach.
 
I dont care what mood you are in..beating FSU, UF, or ND should ALWAYS make you feel good. Even if its only for one night. How could you not be happy for the kids at least? Guys like Deon Bush,Tracy Howard and Tyriq McCord who could have gone ANYWHERE but came here to try and bring us back.

I can hate Golden the next morning. I will party hard and celebrate for the kids.
 
I'd be a bit excited in the moment and then reality would strike. It'd just be one more win on what I think is an easy enough schedule for the guy to get another year. We lose, I'm used to that at this point.
 
Barry has been reporting that the Trustees know that Al is the problem. I really believe the only reason he wasn't fired last year is because of Shalala. I don't think he survives the year even with a decent finish to the season. They'll want to move on to a point where there isn't banners flying at every game and that only happens with a clean slate.

I'll be disgusted if Miami wins. Golden isn't the answer and everyone knows it except the people in charge and the only way they are going to come to the correct conclusion is through losses. More losses and larger margins of defeat and then maybe we'll get a Maryland like response to Edsal and give hope to all the non-potato Miami fans.
 
If we beat FSU the morons running this program will have all the excuses they need to retain him for at least another year.

It CANNOT be stated enough. A win this Saturday is the single worst thing that could happen to the program for both this season and the immediate future.

If we win on Saturday, which is pretty much impossible, then it is way more of an indictment of how Florida State's season will play out this year than on what can Miami can do going forward. If we beat Florida State, then it means that they're not truly a top 25 team and will probably lose a few more games this year. Folden has never beaten anyone who was a legitimate top 25 team by the end of the season. We'll probably follow up the win with a loss to VT but lets be real, they're going to kick our ***.

Agree, also will for the first time ever not be taking Miami in the weekly straight up pool I'm in. This is also the 2nd year in a row I have not donated to the school or paid my Hurricane Club membership. Did however donate to the banner. THINGS MUST CHANGE AND THE BEGINING OF THAT CHANGE IS FIRING AL GOLDEN NOW!
 
We could only score 3 points on Cincy in the 2nd half and were behind for most of the game.

But yes, there is a "legit shot" at us winning this game.

If Miami wins I will be jacked. I will pay to have a statute of Golden placed outside of SunLife ... ok, that would be too expensive. I will pay for one of those statute guys who stand still like a statute. I'll hire a heavy set white dude with a white polo and a orange tie.
 
Get this thought out of your heads, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOLDEN TO WIN THIS GAME. He's never gone on the road, at night and beaten a ranked opponent in his entire life. There is a ZERO percent chance it happens this Saturday.
 
Always great to beat criminoles. Not even Golden can ruin that. I will be very happy. Al still has to go. He has been a disaster. Had it not been for the administration's and Donna's ncaa crimes, he would have been gone already. If we win, fly banner congratulating team AND calling for Al to be fired.
