I believe their success will mean they will poach a few of our softer commits that are on the fence and mean that a few uncommitted studs we had a chance with are now history. Our best chance lies with announcing a new HC several games before seasons end. Even if we sign all our current commits, Golden will **** them up too.
They beat an incredibly overrated Ole **** team that beat Bama in an overrated conference. But they're having success now? They won a freaking conference game.
This may be one of the few times I agree with Sebastian91. The Gators looked like complete crap against UTenn and were very fortunate to be handed that game by Butch Jones. I would be surprised if they don't lose at least 3-4 games.
which is exactly what we expected in our first year with this coach and a roster full of muschamp recruits on offense ( i personally expected 7 wins -- 8 wins is great -- 9 wins is amazing -- and so forth)
the point is to get better each week. Grier in particular is getting better each week which, with two QB coaches on the coaching staff, is what I would hope to see....We saw what this staff and team is capable of against Ole Miss. That is pretty darn good against a team loaded with NFL talent regardless how badly some posters want to dismiss it. That wasn't a squeek by win that was domination -- particularly posters that predicted UF to lose to Ole miss but now, out of convenience, say ole miss is overrated. Obviously people are going to think whatever they want and the season will give the facts as it plays out. That said Every team struggles some weeks so it is kind of silly to dismiss the dominating performance and prop up the weak performance. You are never as good as your best game and never as bad as your worst game is the old saying.
