How will Gates Success Impact Canes Recruiting?

I believe their success will mean they will poach a few of our softer commits that are on the fence and mean that a few uncommitted studs we had a chance with are now history. Our best chance lies with announcing a new HC several games before seasons end. Even if we sign all our current commits, Golden will **** them up too.

They beat an incredibly overrated Ole **** team that beat Bama in an overrated conference. But they're having success now? They won a freaking conference game.
 
They drubbed the #3 team in the country. When's the last time we whipped a top 5 team, 10 years ago?
 
Whether they finish well or not they will probably pluck plenty of elite recruits from SFL and Fat Al

But they didnt beat any in state team....they have to beat fsu for that to hit s.fla kids down here....cause unless they were on an official visit..half of those kids werent watching that game on saturday.

Their going to get their usual share...because we cant land everybody...you already see their aim with Randy going after kids we werent realy offering or looking at. **** they got a commit froma kid from Southwest High.
 
Even when they were having subpar seasons, they always managed to cherry pick a couple of guys from sofla. This won't change.

Good point but what I worry about is that maybe UF has the good sense to let these "lower-level" kids play the type of football they can max out with and perform well. That kind of stuff would carry a lot of weight too. Until this year, Golden was passing on those kids and when he does bring them in, he messes with their style a little too much.
 
Crocs will get theirs. We'll get ours. F$U will get theirs. If we don't win some freaking games, it isn't going to matter what the Crocs and Holes do, because we'll be too busy losing to FAU and FIU to worry about that ****.

that place is rockin again and golson will be rattled lookin like a dip****e runnin for life from that front 7

i mean did you see the wake game? they dont look good right now with darby and williams gone grier can pick that **** apart

I watched the wake game to. I was impressed with if against ole miss but I've always been impressed by their d. Ole miss defense is small, plus they are overrated. Uf isn't going to push around fsu front.
Know the difference between hype and real stuff...your hyping Grier the kid who got beast out by ice's son....chill

ole miss was #3 team in the country you can say they were overrated all you want but it dont change the fact they won [MENTION=5358]bam[/MENTION]a to earn that ranking

ole miss defense is small? lol literally the week before this game everybody was talking about nkemdiche and that defense as the best in the country

**** the noles were lucky to win last yr with muschamp sorry *** on our sideline now that we got a coach that knows how to score points and the game is at home we have a very good shot to win

Florida will always get some kids from down here as they have a huge alumni base in S Fl

I don't no about everybody. But other than the African dude..they aren't big size wise on d. They play his bro at linebacker and he doesn't even weight 210. Ole miss always plays bama rough..bout time they pulled it off. I never saw them as a #3 team in the country and fully expected them to lose a few.
It was a good win by gators..that likely gets diluted as the season goes on and both teams drop 2-3 more games
 
Ole Miss has NFL guys on defense, but they gave up a lot of points to Alabama (43) and Florida

The Gators look pretty good. They could win the SEC East. Now, it looks like Swain is going to pick them & maybe even Craig-Meyers. They will only get better.

UF is tough to beat in the swamp. I think FSU might lose to Miami & Florida this year. They don't look good at all offensively & they haven't played ANYBODY yet.

This may be one of the few times I agree with Sebastian91. The Gators looked like complete crap against UTenn and were very fortunate to be handed that game by Butch Jones. I would be surprised if they don't lose at least 3-4 games.
