How well is our Aussie Punter punting?

We need consistency. Feebles would punt a 50 yarder into the end zone when we needed a 30 yarder to pin them deep. He would follow that with a 20 yard shank when we needed a 50 yarder to flip the field. Dude did the opposite of what we needed.

If Mad Max can be more consistent with getting us what we need when we need it, it will help tremendously.

I seem to remember most of Feagles' best "punts" being half-shanked ducks that luckily started bouncing and rolling the right way. Other guy did that some too. I don't even want to count those. It's like me nearly whiffing on a 6 iron from 150 yards out, yet I catch just enough of the ball to send it bounding down the fairway and somehow it bounces over a sand trap and ends up on the green.

Punting was awful and you think they are not working on it in Spring? Come on. Of course, we are! It may change in the summer but as of now Spicer is the #1 punter. Hedley has come in a take it which most believe will happen. Also, this is something Diaz will keep others guessing on for the fall. Bet we show a very simple punt scheme in Scrimmage #2 & #3.

Short of him catching the snap and slitting his own f'ing throat, he's gonna be better than Feebles, and that's good enough for me.

He played Juco ball in America at San Francisco City college in 2017, but then did a bid in Pelican Bay for awhile.

He got extradited back to Australia & is being held in Greenough Maximum security prison until his release date in June, then he'll be in Miami.

This spring, Hedley had a 71 yard average and 12 second average hang time. Patke called a special punt coverage scheme, where after the ball was snapped, the other 10 players would sprint to the sideline to let Hedley make every tackle on his own.

I heard that they don't like putting him in prison anymore .....because he keeps punting inmates over the wall
