How UNC Game Script Will Go...

We knew the ACC was coming for UM when they announced the schedule. We have by far the toughest schedule in the ACC.

I've maintained for many years now that the single toughest time slot is to be the road team for a Noon start time on Thanksgiving Friday. I've never seen the numbers but I'd be willing to bet that the road team loses that game significantly more than the average road loss.

Normally a game time is set two weeks prior to the game. This year the ACC didnt even try to hide it. The Canes were given the noon start time on the road at BC on Thanksgiving Friday the day the schedule was released. ****ers.

I'll say it again. UM MUST FIND A WAY OUT OF THE ACC. They would be better off taking less money to go to the Big XII than to stay in the ACC. We will NEVER be given a fair shake.

NEVER!!!

lol were content in the ACC when we voted for expansion. not sure how many more clues you need

Just keep scoring on every series UNC has an elite QB who’s a gu slinger .
He will throw for 400+ and minimum (4) TD’s. at least 45 attempts.

This we all know is clear , now TVD must match at best to stay close, F the referees JUST SCORE this cancels them out .

Run just to keep UNC thinking THAT’s

Flag falls ignore it SCORE again.

Watch the Cotton Bowl Miami vs Texas , this game shows how you do it.

Learn from history F the referees just SCORE.

Welcome to the conversation.

I very much want to be wrong with this, I very much want to see a Canes victory against UNC.

I want every porster on CIS to be able to throw rotten vegetables at me on Saturday night and say, "Empy is washed, he has lost his fastball, his brain is mush."

I suspect this is what we'll see against UNC:

Opening Several Series 1H
- Miami, IF they gain any momentum, will have a drive killing penalties that keep them out of red zone or forces long field goal attempt(s)
- UNC, IF they sputter, will magically receive drive sustaining PI/roughing the passer penalties to ensure red zone trips for multiple end zone shots/easy field goal attempts
-- Expect to see UNC take 10-14 pt lead and never look back
Opening Several Series 2H
- Referees will repeat above to ensure UNC lead
-- Futility/frustration on Miami offense
-- Exhaustion on Miami defense leads to more UNC scoring

The NFL doesn't gift the Chief's right? Tim Donaghy is just a myth in the NBA right?

Right?

For whatever reason, ACC Officials will skew the game results against Miami during in-conference play.

They aren't even trying to hide it. In fact, they are basically laughing at us.
In other words, Don’t leave it up to the refs. Good call..;)

My point is, unfortunately even with perfect play I don't see a path for our Canes in Chapel Hill.

I'm not a defeatist type by nature, but I am a realist. No matter what our Canes do on Saturday, the ACC officials are going to put the necessary weight on the scales to ensure a Tarheel win. By 1, by 3, by 100.

Just watch all magical and phantom calls throughout the game.

The Canes are leaving Chapel Hill with an L.

Those players deserve better and the ****ers who run the ACC deserve the worst in life.

I can see it…but im still hoping you are dead wrong.

Or it works in reverse because the spotlight is as much on their **** call last Sat night.
I'm just glad I'm going to the game and won't have to see the end of the GT game on the broadcast brought up/played ad nauseum. I can take dumbass UNC fans drunkenly talking ****.

...You do realize that's probably in the script too, except for YEARS backup QBs have been our kryptonite. How many times have we either injured a guy in-game (not often) and his backup shreds us? Or a team comes in with a backup QB and we make him look like the next coming of Tom Brady? Lots.

We will always be the most hated team in college football Wherever we go. But leaving the ACC would be a great start.

After all these years this is the only part that bothers me now. We all know they do it but never any accountability and never a word about it from anyone including Miami. Even the most obvious calls and still not a word.

Miami will send a pointless letter, Saban would hold a press conference and cry for a week while the entire nation will talk about it.
Mario doesn't need to cry but there has to be a way to spotlight these things better.
