How to start the process to get Richt Fired.

So I specifically remember on TOS when Golden was Fired one of the moderators saying that he talked to a few members on the Board of Trustees. Those particular members said that what got their attention by the fans was not the banners flying over the stadium. They specifically mentioned what got their attention the most was coming in to work only to see the number of Emails sent by fans that flooded their computers day in and day out. also along with the loss of support of fans and alumni canceling donations and lack of fans at games. If we want to start the process of getting Richt the **** outta here then this is the process in which to it. I do not have any contact information for anyone but I know some of you do. It's time to bring the pain down on this administration once again , So let's get this party rolling,

I can tell you this...I'm not screaming my head off at home anymore until a real OC and QB coach is hired. It's time for Richt to win a home game. We've been winning all of them for him the past 2 years.
 
Just don’t show up to the games. That will get everyone’s attention.

The heat will be unreal if we go 7-5 8-4. There is no way we win 3 more games though. The defense won’t be able to do this every week.
 
To be honest the fans forced UM to fire Golden. They were content with him. Stop showing up to the games, alumni speaking out, banners, empty stadiums. Now you have a new IDPF invested into by donors, turnover chain craze and marketing, and an Adidas deal. You can't let the brand take a hit like that.

My hope is Ritch decides to give up playcalling and become a CEO, Urban, Saban, Kirby, Dabo, Patterson all have done it. No reason he shouldn't unless his pride won't let him as he still wants to show he still has it. Blake has to force his hand is the only way unless he voluntarily does it
 
Plan is to attend the games, hold a sign, yell and scream that it’s time for a new QB, Oline, OC and special team coach
 
Not getting fired because we have an administration which is always mentally deprived of logic. A pattern as developed of serious lack of offensive production. The offense strategy is tailored on what CMR wishes it to be and fits perfectly for the opposite defensive talent. and not tailoring the offense to our current and future talent. It is the reverse of Mark D'Onofrio except it is now on the offensive side of the ball. He is getting paid $4M per year. Blake James better grow some balls soon

since we can't fire CMR, the first they should do, is get rid of his son, the QB coach, and get a OC/QB coach, while making Thomas brown co-OC or just RB coach. You could also have Todd hartley drop special teams and become co-OC while coaching TEs. Replace John Pakte with Randy Shannon for LB coach, and I know we need to replace Stacey Searls i just don't know anyone to replace him with. Another thing, get rid of Ephraim Banda and have Mike Rumph coach S and CB. In all we get rid of 2 people, not to much change, so there won't to be much animosity.

Whats wrong with our safeties? They r not bringing Shannon back. Funny last year people wanted rump fired.

If it wasn’t for home crowd noise UM loses to Gtech, Virginia, and Toledo last year and FSU this year. Every season ticket holder would agree. I’ll bet $ Richt himself would agree.
 
nothing is wrong with our safeties, i just think that if you want to hired a good oc/qb coach it will cost money, that being said I think getting rid of Ephraim Banda will not hurt us at all while freeing up some more money. And they need to bring shannon back, we know hes not a good HC but his defensive coaching is very good and he coaches UF LB, and they are pretty darn good too.

Playing Knowles is the obvious head scratcher. I still don’t see any reason to mess with the defensive staff yet.

What are you talking about? Free up money by firing Banda who out recruits Rumph and have Rumph coach a position he’s never played or coached. Then use that money to hire Shannon to coach LBs that Diaz coaches? That’s ridiculous.
UM has plenty of money to hire a real OC. Money is not a problem. I don’t know where people get this stuff from.
