How to start a tradition

Well I'm going to miss (i hope) the clap-along with the QB that started at the end of the season. Seemed like the whole stadium was clapping and laughing along. That was absolutely hilarious, and pretty sure the other team was laughing right along with us...
That started around the 2nd home game in our area. Upstairs behind the 40 on our side.
People thought it was fun. I just shook my head. Not gonna try to explain to these yokels that doing that really does a disservice to the players as well as encourages the dumbing of Canes fans worldwide.

But i digress.

the crowd is huge for home game atmosphere and for recruiting. we hold it down during play (i.e. Notre dame a few years ago, fsu last season). all I'm saying is prior to the season why not try and create another opportunity to increase home field advantage.

We need to go full Euro soccer...errr...futbol....fanatic clubs...

Flares.

Orange flares in the stands.

What could possibly go wrong?

I was actually at this match.

Red Star.

F[]ck yeah b!tches.

We already have idiots trying to start the wave in the 2nd quarter while our offense is on the field. If you're attending a football game there's really only one rule when it comes to making noise. You only make noise when the opponent has the ball.

You better take that back you lying *******. Nothing is better than souljaboy, and you should praise your creator every time that song graces those pathetic donkey flaps you call ears.

Love the donkey flaps reference.

+10.

Clever.

I'm thinking some Tom Jones, Elvis, or some old school Motown.

I'd be good with that.

Did you know??
In the Tom Jones' song Delilah, he winds up killing her in the end for cheating on him...

At break of day when that man drove away I was waiting
I crossed the street to her house and she opened the door
She stood there laughing
I felt the knife in my hand and she laughed no more

Just another useless off-season tidbit.

I honestly don’t know who this is, and I’m pretty good with trivia.

In the days...
Before the players hit the field at the Orange Bowl, they would turn off ALL the stadium lights and play a recording of a hurricane that was deafening. When the lights went on, the players entered the field through the smoke..
The OB was rocking..
**** that **** would be fire, it's like the equivalent of the glass shattering then having Stone Cold's music come on as he's walking through the entrance

IIRC they also played a hurricane warning siren, that I'd be cool with.

Just get rid of that ***-*** euro soccer chant crap. Oh and ditch the flame thrower things, every school in the country has them.

Now get off my lawn!
