Giphy is nice.
But when you can't quite find the GIF you're looking for, I found a quick workaround that's easy to use and is sourced by Youtube videos.
#1 Go here: https://gifrun.com/
#2 Paste in the youtube video URL that your want to create a GIF from
#3 YOU CAN ONLY USE X300 PIXEL SIZE FOR CIS. anything bigger than x300 pix is too large upon upload
#4 It will allow you to chose the start time & end time for the GIF. Just play with it for a bit and you'll get comfortable
(be sure to generate a new GIF each time before download. The tool is very raw, so you have to work around the edges)
#5 Once you have diced up the GIF and once it has been downloaded, use the "INSERT IMAGE" feature and upload the GIF to your post
