The predictions of being a Top 10 pick were from media talking heads, not NFL scouts. Unless scouts tell him he’s a late rounder I think he turns pro. He’s ‘off’ this season, sure, but threw for nearly 500 yards yesterday. QBs can often be picked higher than you’d think because of the value of the position.

I guess it will also depend on the offensive approach we see going forward. will it be more of Saturday or more of I wish we ran it more from a condensed set.

Cant wait until the off-season when multiple players hit the transfer portal then the fans will accuse them of being weak, will praise Mario for getting rid of the "bad seeds"/changing the culture, etc. Then later when Miami starts having depth issues accompanied by more losses, the fans will turn on Mario and accuse him of running off players. Happens with just about every UM coach.

51 Scholarships available for a 25-30 man class and 20-25 portal players

If this was to happen then only 12 players from Diaz classes would remain, and 73 of the players would have gotten the ok from Cristobal

We've been hearing about this massive roster exodus for 3 years now. Then when it doesn't happen after the season for the third straight year, it will once again be "well just wait until after spring that's when things start happening." Then maybe 1-2 guys will leave, and for the third straight year it will be "well just wait until this semester is over. That's why kids haven't left yet idiot they're still in school " Then once again it won't happen. Even if it did who are we replacing them with? The 17 kids we've been hanging onto for dear life in this class? Let me guess..."Mario will go heavy in the portal." Oh like this year when the big targets at positions of need said no thanks? Guess what if there is a star difference maker that enters the portal he isn't coming here anyway. Now baga and the likes just buy those kids also. They get a star in Gibbs, we get a slightly above average non factor like Parrish. They get Burton at WR, we get Ladson.

There is a possibility that TVD decides that continuing in this system is not going to get him drafted and heads to QB friendly system.... like Burrows

He made himself a potential 1st rd pick the last 6 games last year. By FSU game, I wouldn’t be surprised if he is back in that conversation

5th rounder at best right now. Likely 6th given his myriad of issues like...can't read a full field of players to be successful.
Its the NFL, not HS ball where isolating the half of the field is enough to win.
