Whatever we had at A&M, add abt 5k and that’s probably what we end up with.
IMO, all the games aside from the championship should be in campus.
The problem with Beck is he is a decisive qb who wants to get the ball out quickly. When he makes the right reads it’s awesome and when he doesn’t it’s LouisvilleIt’s gonna be a morgue in there. Good for us after last week. Zero wind, zero noise. A nice, calm, offensive friendly environment for our QB who doesn’t exactly thrive in chaos. I expect Beck to play very well. We just need to find out a way to protect him. I was very concerned with the seemingly lack of preparation last week. A&M did exactly what they always do on 3rd down and we had zero answers for it. The optimist in me is gonna chalk that up to A&M being literally one of the best 3rd down defenses of the last decade (it’s true) and us being a little overwhelmed by the environment.
Carson and Shannon, just figure out a way to get me to 20. If you can get me to 20, I’ll be in that ***** chewing my nails in the 4th quarter cause it’ll be a good football game and we’ll have a **** good chance to win.
Especially on a Thursday nightI was at the SMU game. There was at least 10k there for that game. I can’t imagine less than that for a playoff game when the tickets are relatively cheap. A lot of Canes fans in Dallas.
Now, if we win that game, I expect the semi final in Arizona to be a rough showing from both fan bases. A lot to ask Miami and Georgia/Ole Miss fans to travel to the other side of the country for another neutral site game. It’s actually ridiculous.
And I'm sure they're aware that people have jobs and filling the stadiums for these games well be impossible. But TV + sponsorship revenue > game ticket revenue and they don't seem to care about the optics of a half empty stadium.Especially on a Thursday night
a lot of cowboys fans like the U cause of Mike Irvin. I think we will be better represented than most people thinkz
We all love the Playmaker, but your suggestion is that there will be a lot of people there in the stands because he last played for the Cowboys 25 years ago, some may have become casual fans of us, and he will be on the sideline? I'd daresay that's a stretch, a big one at that, for most of his fans are likely on fixed incomes at this point. Anyone making their decision based on only that, I'd daresay is a
Why would it be weird to represent the school of one most beloved players that helped bring you three chips. It is a stretch for you to assume th most of his fans are on fixed incomes too. Tickets in the section where I’m sitting (2nd level tier club seats on Miami side) are down 20-30% from when I bought 6 days agoI almost purchased two tickets the day after the win for $800. Prices then jumped to $2200 for similar seats and are now back until $800. I’ll be waiting to see if I can get them for $600 total. Expect 40-50k OSU fans and 30-40k UM fans with a good number of empty seats in the upper decks.
