The answer is all of Hall, Blades jr., Campbell, Asante Jr., Surtain, Ivey, Frierson, and Jobe who want to come here and play, right?

Certainly seems that way. Can't imagine the staff telling any of them no. Think it's pretty safe to assume surtain is a long shot and jobe may even be more unlikely. Closing with Campbell and Samuel would round an elite class

Asante will be told no IF they can pull a miracle and get Jobe to sign. Surtain would just be icing on top of this recruiting but you’re not saying no to a 6’3 CB who projects to be 5x the college player than he was a high school player.

Yea but that’ll be for us...OSU would still have a higher volume of blue chippers. If we get Surtain, that changes though.

I think they stack with studs, u cant turn Samuel down because of Jobe IMO u get both fuq it.

I think all, as well. Allow us to go back to the good ole days. Allow us to get back to the where we can red-shirt guys and become a machine again.

5 is a lock and worst case looks like it's actually leaving the building fast with the renewed interest in Samuel, Bethel, and Huggins on hold... 6 the most likely number, 7 is less likely but much more likely than only 5.

Not sure this .gif has ever been more appropriate...

jobe is amazing and definitely would be a centerpiece in this defense

but,
Campbell will be an NFL starting Corner, and a very good one at that. Would love to get him here, whatever it takes

Cb is a much bigger need than safety. We could literally have 3 returning cbs with Jackson declaring. Ivey and Campbell would be instant contributors, with Samuel backing up bandy at the nickel if he is physically ready strength wise to tackle. Blades probably needs a year since he's all raw super potential. Frierson is another unknown.

At safety, we're loaded. 2 star seniors, 2 talented sophomores, and 2 veteran third stringers in Finley and Knowles. Gurvan is actually all that we really need for 2018, especially since we're reloading with Richards and sanguinetti in 2019 when redwine and Johnson graduate.

Really think it's gonna be

Ivey
Blades
Campbell
Samuel
Frierson
Hall
Jobe/Huggins/Bethel/or pass if they want to hold off on the last 2

I don't think Surtain is coming, obviously he gets in if he wants, in sports 7 or even 8.

I think this is the most realistic close.

Getting either Jobe or Surtain would be the cherry on top.

Getting both would send ripples throughout college football. Perhaps the best DB class a school has ever recruited on paper.
