How is it no one is fired?

Why is no one fired?

1. 4 straight unnecessary extensions,
2. 3 straight atrocious hires,
3. 3 straight buyouts (each too late) and we wait for number 4,
4. Our current AD ***s trannys, needed 5 years to graduate Minnesota State Mankato, and fell a$s backwards into the position, and
5. It has been ~15 years from our last truly relevant season.

How do people not understand this by now? We love apathy. We have no accountability. We love the self-inflicted cancer approach.

We know the obvious. But what are hearing about assistants? If no one is let go... well then we have to endure 5 more years of suck

Richt isn't going to come out and say that he is firing any assistants a month from now. If he fires some then the Hect will know about it shortly before and will likely not be leaked until it actually happens. Richt just isn't the type of guy that is going to leak who he is going to fire.

So its the AD, whats the point of the BOT then? I know the fans feel this pain but the alumni and boosters should feel this ten folds.
Who wants to see us on tv? Nobody! So arent we losing tons of money?

The BoT (for the most part) is only worried about UHealth and academic standing.

Athletics takes a back seat.

Blake James is still working off of the Shalala playbook... he's waiting for some signal that there is a problem.
More reason to fly the ******* banners folks... lets spell it out for him. What do we have to lose.

They will be. After the season.

1-2 asst. corches will get their pink slips.

Jake Blames isn't the type of AD/Man to force changes when they are needed. He prefers to wait until the whole house is on fire before calling 911

No one is getting fired mid-season. Also, Blake James cannot fire Richt. James gave Richt an extension in the offseason and do you really think you is going to go tell the board that he now changes his mind. Richt will be at Miami for at least 5 years and probably 6.

He’ll be gone after these 3 losses coming up.

It's not like Miami has fired a coach after an extension.

If James fires Richt after giving him an extension then people are going to ask for James' head. Blake James best option for himself is to hope Richt wins.

BoT has been split opinion on the value of the football program for a long time.

They let AD do all the hiring/firing/self digitating.

Let's say that the BOT pushes Flake to make some changes. Flake wants to fire Searles and Baby Mork. However, Daddy Mork makes a stink about Baby. What will Cuck Flake do then?

Wow this is so depressing to read. If and only if he makes changes then he still cares about us.
Other than that he is beating a dead horse and probably needs some mental help.
How old is he? Is there a way out of his contract for mental health? Because I swear watching the games, the mental mistakes he makes, it's almost impossible not to ask if he is all there.

Flake will force changes. lol

He will never say exactly what changes need to be made. We will hear something along the lines of "We have full faith in our coach Mork Rich. We have faith that he will make the necessary changes to make our team successful. That is our goal and all of us are working as hard as we can to make that happen."

Yup. This is just as much on Blake James than it is on Richt at this juncture. If we hadn't extended Richt, he'd realistically would be on the hot seat next year and we'd then be able to let him go after the 2019 season. The only way I think we can absolutely fire Richt is if he follows up this potential 5-win season with a 4/5 win season next year where it shows that the wheels have completely fallen off.

PJ Fleck, U of Minnesota’s 2nd year HC, just fired his Defensive Coordinator for consistent poor performance this season. That’s accountability.

Minnesota’s football program is more dedicated to winning then Miami is.

Let that sink in.

How is it that we have 2 head coaches back-to-back that simply sit idly by and allow mediocre performance around them?
