How is it no one is fired?

I'm sorry to start a thread and I rarely post but as I scroll down espn, bleacherreport, I see football programs firing position coaches or coaches. And we are not doing nothing? Am i missing something?
Are we not a top tier football school, trying to compete?
I know these are probably redundant questions. It's hard to not be frustrated and feel stuck. Thanks for listening. Have a productive week everyone.

But searles needs to go... he’s by far the worst position coach we have by an absolute mile! Zero improvement from that group with lack luster results in the crooting department. Not to mention it’s obvious the offense ineptitude is made worse by having the worst oline in the ACC
 
Searels needs to be sacked yesterday. But, being realistic, I do understand that there is not much to be done in season. Once that last game ends, there should not be 10 minutes until his pink slip. If he is around in January, the evidence will be clear that our program has deep AIDS.

Jake Blames isn't the type of AD/Man to force changes when they are needed. He prefers to wait until the whole house is on fire before calling 911
 
Searles needs to go split his **** on a chainsaw, Jon needs to be pushed into an oncoming train, Hartley at least gets to live but can only recruit and coach TE’s. Pratke needs to be abolished to the Sahara desert, and Pastor Richt needs to be forced to fvck puss-filled AIDS vags until Satan himself put him out of his misery.
 
So its the AD, whats the point of the BOT then? I know the fans feel this pain but the alumni and boosters should feel this ten folds.
Who wants to see us on tv? Nobody! So arent we losing tons of money?

BoT has been split opinion on the value of the football program for a long time.

They let AD do all the hiring/firing/self digitating.

Richt is soft as baby shxt, I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't do shxt during the off season.
 
I’ll post it for the 3rd time. The standard is what you tolerate.
Cmr will not hire an offensive coach cause any respectable oline coach will say “ well we can’t be running that sh.. your calling and expect me to be successful here” “your gonna get and OC right?”
 
Blake James is still working off of the Shalala playbook... he's waiting for some signal that there is a problem.
More reason to fly the ******* banners folks... lets spell it out for him. What do we have to lose.

So you want Richt to scapegoat some guys like Clappy did to save his *** and delay the inevitable?

Surely that will solve everything.

This right here is the problem. It’s been like that for decades. One lazy hire after another and no pressure put on the coachs to improve or make changes. They like to aim high, As long as we compete for the coastal they are satisfied.
 
No one is getting fired mid-season. Also, Blake James cannot fire Richt. James gave Richt an extension in the offseason and do you really think you is going to go tell the board that he now changes his mind. Richt will be at Miami for at least 5 years and probably 6.

Exactly, so I imagine that the BOT watches games and/or will be informed that planes are flying over the rock with messages that Ricky svcks… Breaking ******* news folks.

We know the obvious. But what are hearing about assistants? If no one is let go... well then we have to endure 5 more years of suck
 
****k it, how about we rally a mob and go protest to Frenks at his Presidential Palace...then we can go streaking in the quad on a brisk Miami evening
