Dude, people are not mad because we lost. It’s because we were ****** embarrassed. It is how we lost.
This is the worst loss in school history IMO, worse than Manny’s FIU lose last year. It would be one thing if we had a bunch of turn overs and mistakes and things didn’t go our way and the game got away from us. THATS NOT WHAT HAPPENED.
We got our asses raped at midfield for 60 minutes straight on national television. This program is a laughing stock and the players know it. No team should tune you up for 778 yards, 554 yards rushing and almost 10 TDS. Not in peewee, not in Highschool, not in college and certainly not at the University of Miami. I can not ever remember having seen in all my years of playing and watching football a manhandling like that.
Manny is done. There is no coming back from this.
I can guarantee he has lost the locker room after a *** kicking like that. That is why he’s going all soft and taking them out for team building and ice cream next week.
I’ll tell you what is going to happen.
1.) I don’t care who we face in the bowl game, we’re getting blown out. The players have already checked out.
2.) Most draft eligible players will declare.
3.) Then we’ll face Bama and get blown out again,
4.) wheels will come off, we’ll limp to a 4, 5 or maybe 6 win season.
That is what a loss like this will do.
