How Do We Have So Many Bad Coaches???

It's cause golden thought he could recruit his way out of incompetence. He thought if he hired stud recruiters, then he could mask the ****** coaching. What golden didn't realize is that he doesn't have a great eye for talent and he doesn't develop players, so he got stuck in mediocrity and can't get out.

He should have hired a stud OC and allowed him to run the offense. Quality coaches recruit themselves. He should have fired Dorito and hired a stud DC and let him run the defense. No better recruiting tool than a team that wins and puts players in the nfl. Golden isn't doing either.

Its better to have players whose entire focus is winning football games and getting to the NFL. Thats what we used to have here. Thats what they have at Bama and FSU. You cannot have a goodie two shoes actual students football team and win titles. Sorry, just not happening. So let's stop making this program about APR scores and make it about winning ******* games.
 
Because Godlen has put a priority on recruiters (or buddies) rather than proficient technicians.

Seriously go thru it one by one. Each guy can fit into one of three categories, none of which is technical expert. It's either recruiter, handjob to some interest group or nepotism. It's one thing for the head coach to be primarily into recruiting, which is fine, so long as he has strong coordinators and position coaches. Here, it's all marketing and all that stuff for the whole staff almost. There isn't a balance between teachers and crooters. It's all crooters. So the only games you gon win is where there is a large talent gap. If it's even close talent wise we will (and repeatedly have) gotten owned cause the opposing staffs usually have at least some solid X and O guys. There is zero balance here in staff composition.

Coley- Crootin
Ice- Crootin and handjob to the "community"
Scott- Crootin (but not bad as a coach)
Carroll- Crootin (CA)
Art- Handjob to alums/fans/the past....another Godlen PR special
Uncle Jeffro- nepotism from temple
Dorito- Nepotism from Pedo St.
Hurlie- Crootin
Williams- Nepotism from temple

That's it folks. There's no guys brought here cause they were brainiacs. It's either crootin, jacking off a constituency or Godlen comfortability/familiarity.

This about sums it up. Funny but I got a lot of **** from clowns who said the way to win is to recruit. The way to win is to have great teachers and schemers, which enhances recruiting efforts ten fold. You people actuall think Nick Saban's crusty boring *** is actually good at recruiting? Dude had that terrible Bama program in the SECCG in year two and then everyone in the world wanted to play for Bama. It's pretty simple.

It aint abut gimmicks or recruiting. It's about hiring professionals who maximize talent via development and schemes.
 
Do you guys think whenever we do a nationally televised game, that during the week of interviews that ABC or ESPN conducts with D'Onofrio, Coley and Golden, that they just sit back when it's all over and laugh their asses off at how pathetic and clueless our coaches must seem?

Kinda hard not to when they speak to the Stanford, Oregon, etc... coaches the week before and then have to hear dumb and dumber struggle to stop drooling all over themselves trying to speak in coherent sentences.
 
Its the Miami highschool developmental coaching camp, you start as asst to the asst of the asst director of football operations and work your way up to position coach
