How Do We Have So Many Bad Coaches???

Why is every coach on our staff terrible? I mean WTF?? Is there some underground network that we know nothing about..If you are incompetent or if you are an idiot or if no one else will hire you then come on down to Miami!!! How does this collection of *** holes assemble at the University of Miami????

He sold us a used Bentley for 15k and we thought we had a deal... **** him and his 500 page book.... He sounded good he sold us a dream... We got played..it is what it is
 
Two things.

Great head coaches who know their Xs and Os can identify and attract great assistants. Those kind of assistant want to work under that type of HC in order to learn and build their repertoire and reputation.

If your coach doesn't command this respect then you have to pay top dollar to get these types of assistant away.

We have neither a great,respected HC nor the top dollar to pay.

President who doesn't care about winning + coach who doesn't know how to win = The current state of affairs.

Same reason all the friggin Yankees end up here -- sunshine.
 
Al Golden makes sure every one of his assistants understand the Mission Statement he has instilled as Head Coach of Miami. Here is a sample of Al's secret training video, smuggled out by a heroic, but fatally-wounded athletic trainer....Al tests all of his coaches on this every day and twice on game days...X's and O's are so 2009!

Because at the end of the day...the staff is the responsibility of the head coach. It's the HC's job to surround himself with good tacticians to handle the details....so when you have a staff like this with 2 of the worst coordinators in the country it's a pretty bad reflection on Golden's CEO skills.

**** that. If Stanford can win big time and Vanderbilt can compete with the best of the SEC for the love of Almighty God Miami can be a place that thrives. We have gotten the Underground Railroad of ****** *** coaches since Butch. And Butch wasn't even a great game day coach though his eye for talent and recruiting over compensated for his short comings!!
