I don't think they had any south Florida players on their team. Is it that the So Fla kids we get think their entitled? They're certainly not like the kids we got when we were great. Too soft, no fire, no killer instinct and toooo slow!

Nope. .
.. a screwed up coaching staff

No spirit, no coaching and same dumbchit play calling. UM under dicht is a below average team. We will be lucky to get to a bowl. Time to play J Williams

Coaching... they game planned perfectly against a simple offense that never challenged their weaknesses. the players basically knew what plays were coming and when all they had to do was just play their assignments and watch the play come right at them.

Well you must not know how recruiting works. 247 secretly hates BC so they under rank all of the Massachusetts Savages. 3 star Mass guys > 5 star players anywhere else.

We have the worst offense and special teams in P5. We have the worst special teams in D-1. Why would we beat anyone?

We are very easy to scheme against. You just let Rosier throw the football. Take away the run game and watch the seams and it’s game over. 3 and out with a 30-yard punt. That’s going to give any P5 school with a pulse 27 points.

I’m sorry, but did we play a game last night? Sound like Father Time didn’t have his team pumped last night?
Maybe if we hire a guy with a pulse he might be able to gin up some excitement! Too late for that since they extended his welfare check!

Unlike against UVA, BC looked like the better team. They had a dominant RB, much better OL and QB. Their defense was solid. Plus (obviously) we were outcoached. The UVA game was us beating ourselves. BC was losing to a better team. Not sure what's worse, crapping the bed against a bad UVA team or not being as good as a mediocre BC team.

We got a ****load more talent, just awful coaching on offense and STs.

BCs OC had Miami off balance all first half. Was impressed with how many looks they showed.

Make no mistake though, that is not a good defense. They gave up 34 and 35 to Wake and Temple.

Essentially Mark Richt happened

BC has 35 seniors...THIRTY FIVE! Up to this season, those same kids went 3-9,7-6,7-6. Now they're mature and play hard we, on the other hand, can't get guys that will go undrafted to stay for their senior year. Think about this, arguably, our best D-lineman is only here because he got suspended, kicked off/left another program and sat out a year for unknown reasons.

The good ole days are over we need to reset as a program and stop bringing in kids that are only looking for a path to the pros.
We're essentially a minor league NFL program, a stepping stone. Unless you're bringing in five star kids across the board, you're not going to win with a bunch of RS Freshman and TF playing significant minutes.

All of that aside, we managed to make them look more athletic than they were which required a significant amount of effort when you have kids like Jeff Thomas on your offense. It really was mind-boggling.

Nailed it
