Probably not. The Orange Bowl selection is for the "highest ranked ACC team" not in the CFP. More than likely Virginia would be the team selected if they win the Coastal. If Virginia loses another conference game and Miami wins out, both teams would be 5-3 in the conference. The problem is that there would like be a 3 or more team tie at 5-3. UNC, Pitt, and/or VT is going to finish 5-3. The tie breaker for 3 or more teams is:If Miami wins out, UVA wins the coastal only and Wake forest drops 2 games, Does Miami has a CHANCE at the orange bowl?
C'mon man!!! Stop this garbage. There is no one play that loses a game. You can point to any of the 3 missed FGs, the FG to give us the lead with 30 seconds left, the defense letting GT run for over 200 yards and not stopping them in OT, etc. Look at it a different way. It took all these thing to happen for us to lose the game. Anyone of them doesn't happen and we win.
