How about a fire Blake James chant at the game tonight?

Let's treat a huge game for Coach L and his program as a publicity stunt for some stupid *** "We're ****ed and want to make asses of ourselves in public" movement. People, if you've cancelled your season tickets and aren't donating, that's going to do far more damage than some stupid stunt ever will. Hit them in the pocketbook, completely check out financially.

If you go to the game tonight, cheer for Chris Lykes and this basketball program, they need the support. Then again, considering that the typical Miami "Fan" doesn't realize that we have a basketball program, odds are there will be more Duke fans in the building anyway.

I don't do Twitter but someone who does should try to get #fireblakejames trending during the game.

Id hate to take away the focus from our boys tonight...if it was a sh*t opponent then sure but this is a big game

Wish I was there. I’d lead it. 🔥blake🔥blake🔥blake🔥blake. He’s ruined men’s athletics and has football neutered and on it’s knees in front of D2 schools. 🔥Blake🔥

Anyone going? Be the one who starts the, “Fire Blake James,” chant. **** that little *****.

National primetime ESPN game.

See, now THIS would get noticed a million times faster than a "peaceful protest".

And F all the people who are whining about Coach L and Chris Lykes and whatnot. Beta Blake is the Director of the entire Athletic Department.

Who knows, maybe Chris will join in for the chant.

Thanks for proving my point that this so called "Protest" isn't about creating significant change, it's all about your egos. Pulling funds, calling out the people responsible on social media and not showing up may not be glorious, but it gets the job done. Until it becomes evident that Miami will not make a dime on this fanbase, and interest has dropped to zero, nothing is going to change. That said, despite it being by far the most effective way of forcing the issue, the mouthbreathers don't like it, because no one gets their names in the paper.

Making an *** of yourself in public, embarrassing student-athletes that have NOTHING to do with this, while taking what could be a season defining moment and turning it into a **** show will make you feel better, even though Blake James will just stand there, laugh at you and keep it moving. The powers that be don't give a **** about a demonstration. The powers that be care only about the bottom line, that's where you have to hit them. Instead of wasting time on a stupid banner or chant, find a way to get entire rows of long time season ticket holders to not renew. Avoid buying Miami merch to the point in which merchants like AllCanes are on the verge of bankruptcy. That's how you force change.
