(Law 15 in the 48 Laws of Power: Crush Your Enemy Totally)

The best OC hire in the P5 Florida programs was FSU, not Miami. Briles is one of the best, if not the best, OC's in CFB.

While I think Enos is a good hire, there will be a lot of fans thinking he is great because of how abysmal our offense looked under Richt, and that's okay because all we need is a good offense to compliment our great defense to make an elite team. Enos may be a top 15 OC but he is not top 3 like a Briles.

My point is, is that FSU is a sleeping giant just like Miami. Both teams are loaded with talent and have potential through the roof. I see a lot of ppl underestimating FSU and that's the worst thing u can do, especially underestimating a rival. U must crush your enemy totally. Never let up off their necks.

Best OC in CFB?? Based on what?

Putting up video game numbers against Big12 defenses? Lol

The thing about Briles is I'm curious to see how his offense will work in a conference who's second only to the SEC in defensive talent. He's going to be going against some really good defensive lineman in the ACC, unlike the conferences he's coached against in the past who play zero defense. Not only that, but FSU still has one of the worst O-Lines in CFB, lack of depth and talent at WR, and a below average QB in my opinion(Blackman). Couple that with the fact that if Blackman gets hurt, which is very plausible considering he weighs a buck-fitty soaking wet, they would be in big, BIG trouble. Also, they took a poll recently of college football coaches and Willie Taggart was chosen as the most overrated coach in CFB by his peers, so I'm not sure where you get off saying he's "Highly thought of" when it's quite the opposite. I felt from day one it was a terrible hire by the Noles, but after watching them last year I actually feel it's much worse. They look disorganized, unprepared, poorly coached, poorly conditioned, lack of discipline, lack of toughness...I could go on and on. I honestly feel like FSU is praying to get through 1-2 more years with Taggart and then kick him to the curb for Briles. So to sum it up, I totally disagree with your assertion.

Golden got 1 P5 hire, was on sanctions and still pulled in Duke, Chad Thomas and Phillip Dorsett among others. There is a reason why Willie keeps getting premier jobs and it's not bc he's a bad coach I guarantee u that.

Willie is a bad coach. His coaching record shows it. Just because he has made bad teams better doesn’t mean he’s a good coach. When Bowden was 80 years old he still made a Bowl game. Taggart jacked up the longest consecutive bowl streak in CFB last year. BTW, the FSU board suck fest is over there. >>>>>>>

Briles is good but top 3 is a stretch. If he is so good.
Someone besides FSU would have wanted him.
Correct, and you would think if he was so good, when Alabama lost its OC and Enos they would have called on him first, right? Instead that got a retread.

Lol Willie has jumped from job to job. He’s been smart enough to get out before he falls on his face.

What basis do you have for him “not being a bad coach”? His losing record says he’s a bad coach. FSU’s current staff says he’s a bad coach. Being hired as a recruiter and not being able to sign a QB says he’s a bad coach. Being an offensive mind yet having one of the worst offenses says he’s a bad coach.

I’d say every trash coach Miami’s had in the past twenty years is better than Willie. Prove me wrong.

What’s his lifetime P5 W-L record?

But yeah, the guy that admits he likes to suck daddy dlcks on Twitter guarantees me he’s not a bad coach.

I guess you’re not what your record says you are.

Do your research. That line was used by Richard Pryor then rapped by B.I.G. years later.

The same ppl who credit Willie for FSU record last year are the same ones who credit Butch for our '01 natty. How ironic.

FSU will be much better. I'm not sure there's a better coach of offensive football in the country than Kendal Briles, and I've been on record for years clamoring for him to come here. He's as good as it gets.

FSU's schedule is also a lot easier this year. I'd be pretty shocked if they don't win 8 games at least.

NOW...that being said...they still have major holes. Blackman is not a great fit for Briles offense, they still have major question marks on the OL, they have ZERO depth at QB behind Blackman, they only have 3 scholarship RBs, and they still have Willie Taggart.

But they'll be better. Really can't be worse, easier schedule, and Briles is the man, without question. Only question is how good are they the next couple years, how long can they keep Briles, how long of a leash does Willie get?

And if they indeed land Alex hornibrook that’s another terrible scheme fit. They needed a qb like tate martell in that system but they obviously don’t have the appeal Miami has. As you said they will be better on offense, but their personnel imo isn’t as good as it was in the past, cam Akers is STILL *** and the defense will still be trash with no playmakers on the edge and a steep drop off without Brian burns

Except they're cool and funny while you're not much more than a wannabe ****sucker who claps for fsu on a Miami forum.. unprovoked.

Regardless if he is better, he doesn’t have the athletes or talent on offense to do much with it, which will make him look worse. They better have a heck of a recruiting class offensively or else they’re about to fall into the pit of misery, Dilly Dilly!

Lol
Will Taggart career winning %= .477
FSU 2018 %= .417

FSU just matched who their coach is

Big difference in what the program looks like before he gets there then after he gets his players there. After his players graduate the programs fall off again.

Question: who's team won the '01 national title Butchs' or Cokers'?
