If manny wants to get real (real fast) about fixing the culture (that he helped create)

Buy a pine box

Place chains and rings inside

Dig a hole at Greentree

Bury the box and pour concrete

Do this in front of the entire team when EEs report in January. Begin holding every single player and coach accountable and maybe, just maybe, he can actually change the culture.

/not holding my breath.

Sounds good, but when you not one of the ones who help to start the culture, he searching too. The way he handled the lingard situation is a prime example, cause he goes and gets jt4 back, starts the transfer threatener, practice misser at qb, transfer tate comes in, obviously got promised something, cause he got to much unwarranted playing time, missed practices too. So the other players are seeing this, and coach richt naturally was going to be flawed in his 1st year, but damyum, those type of flaws are credibility killers for him. So the question is can he restore order, if this team doesnt start showing promise next year, it'll just be more time wasted, the next coach will try and come in, but they'll need at minimum 3 years to start looking consistent. But this school doesnt need to spend the money all these other programs have been spending, they just need to a True seasoned, non scary, aggressive headcoach, if tbey do that, the pieces will start falling into place, but if they want to keep going the experimental 1st time head coach route, we more than likely gone keep getting what we been getting the last 16years, and that's being on the outside looking in!

Coach diaz is in Team Credibility 101 right now, stay tuned! Trying to fix the offensive mindset is going to take forcing toughness, our offenses have been getting pushed around far to long now!
