It helps Cignetti that the bottom half of the Big 10 is far worse than the bottom half of the SEC.

UCLA, Purdue, Northwestern and the like are far worse than Vandy and Miss State.
Easy there…you forgot to mention UF in the bottom half of the SeC

I don't know why people were sleeping on Indiana. They brought a lot of their key guys back, added an impact quarterback and were active in the Portal. Well-coached team.
You’re just saying that cause their qb is Cuban

Sorry D couldn’t resist a

in this landscape of CFB. Indiana is just as good of a job as the Gaytor. Cignetti won’t leave to coach there when he’s got more resources where he’s at

Why leave where you’re a hero. For what, to get crucified as soon as you lose a game?
I’ve said before UF is in a very difficult position, no proven coach is going to sign up for that
unless it’s 10/12mil plus and the fanbase will revolt if they hire an unproven guy regardless of his success.

Agreed. Btw, he's getting $8m/yr at Indiana and is in a great situation.

Anyone who wants him would have to throw the HOUSE at him.
Especially with the sloths they've scheduled for the next decade. Indiana plays two teams (maybe) with a pulse like last year (same as SMU)

Beats one (overated)ranked team and people slobbing all over him. Good coach. Lets have this talk after Oregon

The worst part is I think he would be a great fit at UF. He carries that same smug attitude they got.
