Horton seemed checked out after Bama got down, and then eventually lost the game. Not sure why he left but if it was only $$$, then the young man is going to regret not staying I fear given Bama’s QB situation
he was reruited by sec schools 2 years in a row. Cam Ward left and he knew Emory isnt good and was getting offered good nil to leave and Promise of being a big target int he Bama offense was big enough draw plus the starting bum qb i think was already his homie.

Just noticed 1 catch for 6 yards and watching a struggling QB. 🤣🤣🤣
Better start saving the Bama NIL money, that’s about what his average will be this season.
Do these WRs even consider who is going to be throwing to them before they sign the contract and take the check?

Oh well.. buddy should've stayed in da crib.
Absolutely.
Would have been a wise career move for him.
He was slated to probably be a starter here and get a lot of targets.
Don’t care what Bama is paying him, no way he doesn’t regret his decision.

He hung around the TVD debacle and Emory starting… cam showed up because mario knew what he had and he didn’t think Mario could do it again?

Early hot take but not a good decision as of now

Shame. He was on a path to being drafted had he stayed here. Now this season is a waste with Ty Simpson. Could’ve had Carson Beck and he would’ve been our WR1. Grass isn’t greener on the other side.
Was never getting drafted man lol

i mean Bama is a better program than us so there is that...

its hindsight and one game. Wait for Mario to figure it or get money in the hand rigjht away playing with a qb you know already?. I mean we miss on portal wrs every year because our qb situation typically isnt figured out first week of portal szn.

Gotta see how we look but geesh they look like sh*t. lol He may have some second guess right now

dude is like 6'3 205+ and runs sub 4.5 he puts up the numbers they are expecting at Bama as a Deboer wr he would be getting drafted. he got another year after this one as well

You think he the only player like that? This is like the prototype for WRs bro.

I like him and wish we kept him but if you a player that isn’t highly touted you will be a fool to not get as much money you can when your value is at its highest. Getting drafted is a crap shoot, and then making a nfl roster is even more rare lol

i dont know what your speakin on. I'm just saying he would be on draft radar and is a draft potential pick.
i dont think were talking about the same thing he got big nil to go to bama and hs this szn and another one coming.

Play with a QB that went 24-3 in his career before he transferred or a QB that’s been on a team for 3 years and couldn’t win the starting job or get actual worth while game experience. Yeah whoever is giving these kids advice…smh

If I remember right he bounced because Emory Da Gawd was the current QB1 as Beck was still flirting with the NFL.

Can’t really blame him for waiting for the unknown + probably more money and going to an offense that puts WRs into the NFL
