Get over it. That was yesterday.

A hundred years from now - it's not going to matter. You whining p*****s have no concept of perspective. You have no idea of what real misery is, and I'm ashamed for you.

Dammmed crybabies need to wipe their tears and pull their big girl panties up. If you can't handle something like this - you can't handle anything of any consequence.

We lost. It won't be our last. A number of really good teams lost yesterday - you think we're something special?

It's one thing to lose - another to quit. We didn't quit.

Those what whine the most - you have small lives - and have to take your measure via the success or failings of others.

We have another game next week.

Get with it - or if you can't - do us all a favor - and get gone.

Most of us have a life perspective that tells us it’s just football.… I would hope.
The bigger issue is two-fold. First off, all fans live vicariously through their team regardless of their life prospects. Secondly, most here have gone through decades of incompetence with this program yet still invested something of value into it.

The rub is the point in investing in something that lately has only been consistent at doing things to embarrass themselves, with this being the latest example. Are there more important things in life, of course. At what point though does the fan take a step back an really “recalibrate” where their investments in life should go?

If y'all weren't mentally prepared to lose a game in ridiculous fashion, you were not paying attention the last 21 years. I'm at the point where I just laugh and pour some more bourbon in the glass. The gaffe was bad, but that game was a failure in so many ways and on multiple people's shoulders. On to the next. UNC doesn't look like world beaters and this team is more than capable of winning.

Its weird most the people I agree with feel the same way lol. Im glad you over it Im already past it man just mad I cant do a highlight video with those jerseys. This is a good team if TVD doesnt play like that, I dont think Dawson trusted him yesterday and rightfully so

Just looking forward to how the team responds. As fans we can get as bent out of shape as possible. That doesn’t mean the team has the same feelings. If they can quickly put it behind them the season can get back on track. If you look at the stats we dominated the other team. That is what they need to focus on. They know that if they dominate the other team that will be a win 95% of the time.

GT had 175 yards of offense until that last drive. That is what the total should have been for the game. The defense shut down a high powered passing attack. Focus on that going against UNC. I don’t blame the defense for any of the nonsense that happened on the last drive. Most of those kids were probably thinking why are we even out here? It brought back horrible memories of the Fiesta bowl. Once a team knows they won it’s hard to flip a switch and suddenly play ball again.

We had 450 + yards of offense with a QB out of sorts. Running game got screwed out of a TD. It wasn’t a great effort across the board on Offense yet we still put up good numbers.

Mario made a blunder of all blunders. If he is smart he will put his best analyst in charge of clock situations and have him stay in close communication. Clearly this is not his strong point and he needs to admit that and get help. And if he doesn’t know by now, if you let the Tobacco Road refs dictate the game they most certainly will. So don’t let it happen!!!!

Even if the team bounces back and somehow beats UNC (15% chance of tha happening imo), last night was a clear indication that we'll always have a ceiling with this idiot in charge, no matter how large the talent disparity. Same old Canes.

This motivational speech brought you by the guy that treats ailments with silver and hunts for Sasquatch.

No. Lets get this straight.

I never. Ever. Looked for, sought out, or considered such a thing as a Bigfoot. I have never seen a Bigfoot - I don't know what a Bigfoot is. There is no taxonomy determined to my knowledge.

While on a task of protecting others from predators - I DID find myself facing a primitive man - not human - but a butt ugly primitive man up close. Real close. In daylight, face to face, nothing between us, thirty feet away at the most. I thought these primitive men - all the variants - Neanderthal, Erectus, etc., were extinct. Every anthropologist states so. That doesn't seem to be the case. Don't know the taxonomy of this guy, either.

Shared a mountain top at 8,000' with a number of these guys for the entire Summer months until the snow drove us off the mountain. We saw seven at once, so we assume they were a family or some part of a clan. They harassed us all Summer long, throwing pebbles at the tents, and slapping the tents. The darkest black I've ever seen - photons may have struck, but they were they were absorbed. No sheen. One was reddish, and watched everyone for almost 30 minutes in plain sight. They're still up there.

If westcoastcanes would be willing, a few of us could escort him up there, make him a necklace of pork chops, and fasten him to a tree - and he could also experience what he'd agree with - is a primitive man. westcoastcanes - that offer stands. You want to go - you'll get the full meeting. Yelling for help may accelerate their "assistance." I have no idea of how you'll be treated after we go back down the mountain - but you can maybe work it out with them. Maybe one of the females is a bit lonely, and will decide you're a keeper. I have no idea, and I make no guarantees - except that you'll see them yourself. They DO seem to love to eat.

We need to get there on site a couple hours before dark - when they come out to water from a seep in the side of the mountain.

To the other subject:

Anyone with any chemical background knows that silver is a powerful antimicrobial. I like fighting microbials - bacterium, viruses, and even fungi with biophysics. They can't adapt to overcome simple physics. You rip a couple electrons from a virus - very, very tiny - it's like it explodes.

One might note that what actually worked against the "pandemic" man-created virus known as CV-19 - was compounds that destroyed them. Oddly, each one of the successful compounds also happened to be anti-parasitics. Not ticks, chiggers, etc., but microbial parasites. Each year untold hundreds of thousands get malaria - a parasitic.

And one can rid anyone of malaria in a couple days. Just not anyone using Western Medicine.

In fact, it appears to a small group of us that medicine will soon be moved into the field of biophysics - utilizing electromagnetic approaches. After all, we ARE electric creatures ourselves. One can address toxins with electrons and do what medicine says is impossible. We're working on a device as I speak. For bites - vipers, spiders, etc. Bitten, can have all that poison neutralized in less than 30 seconds. Fact.

An injection that does the same thing - but takes a half-hour to fully neutralize the venom - is also possible. Western Medicine is primitive, destructive, and the best they can do in many cases is just debride the tissue as it dies.

Just wanted to clear that up - as there's been some ignorant, unknowing, uncommon, outright stupid folks use mis-terminology who have no business with a keyboard.

My background was in a small part of the military that spent our time in remote areas - in small teams - and I tried to learn from the natives everywhere - what and how they treated sicknesses, diseases, and injuries with what some would call primitive treatments. Oddly, many things they use - is more scientifically sound than Western medicine. If it works - it works!

No use slinging a cat around just to look busy.

I know this address is a bit off topic, but felt compelled to correct a half-a**ed mis-statement by westcoastcanes.

Do well, gentlemen. I appreciate your patience.

No.

We've had our Canes games where a great young man was injured to the level that he would never again be able to play his favorite game.

Those were our bad games.

That should be remembered.

Tell that to Cumberland. They are still reeling from their loss to GT.

If I were in charge... I wouldn't accept the premise that we lost. I'd go full blame the refs and point out the FACT Don Chaney didn't fumble, which was shown on tape conclusively. Tell the team, yeah I made a mistake, we all do that, but the refs stole the win... don't let them do it again.
