Yes we would be #1 in that group. ND would have a much more legit argument that their H2H against TAMU shouldn't be the determining factor, since TAMU has been playing terrible football and also would have lost 2 in a row in this scenario.

They are down to their 3rd string RB and some others I believe I saw. If so and they lose by hopefully 2 scores the committee takes into account them with starters injured. Otherwise if it’s within 14 points they are not penalizing them. The whole reason for flipping them with ND was baking in a loss tomorrow.
