Home or Away Team?

nope, but all i know is that in the reg season, we sucked equally as bad at home as we did on the road so at this point, it's only a fashion statement issue.
 
Tim, it's tough being the away team against the SEC in a southern city, wearing the white jersey, that's adversity. We know all about adversity. So it was a tough go. We did some good things but needed to possess the ball a little longer, needed to convert some 3rd downs. We were on the field way too long defensively and that's basically the deal. I'm proud of our seniors though, proud of Duke. First and foremost you have to appreciate the effort. We will get this deal turned around.

Good job, good effort 9.0. Had to deduct a point though for forgetting the intro "It starts with me...."
 
All I need to complete lose interest in this game if I have any left is for the team to come out in those AWESOME Nike FAMU-inspired unis with the orange helmet just for that extra special touch.

Also forgot to throw out some random meaningless stat,

"Well Joe, the team listed as the home team in a bowl game played before New Years Eve, wins 53% of the time. When you're playing a team of South Carolina's caliber, it's hard to overcome things like that. Again, it starts with me. The players didn't do their jobs, too many guys freelanced, they didn't make plays and we just don't have the talent or depth yet."

I thought we did a great job on special teams..We only gave up one TD and held them to an avg of 42 yards per return... The two missed 25 yard field goals and the blocked extra point was not our fault......The 65 other points that we gave up was not the defense's fault.
 
They must like that combo. Isn't this the third time we wear it this year?

Not my favorite but whatever. Wish we'd wear orange pants and traditional helmet.
