Home/Home vs. Florida?

Florida plays SEC and then they play FSU every year. That's a good schedule. Wouldn't make sense for them to schedule us every year though it would be nice.

We play underachieving ACC teams and rarely schedule any titans at all.

Miami has scheduled the following teams since 2000 OOC(Outside of FSU pre ACC Merger)

Washington
Ohio State
Nebraska
Kansas State
Notre Dame
Texas A&M
Oklahoma
LSU

And those were all home and home series, with the occasional neutral site thrown in

so if youre going to do a comparison, you cant include LSU imo bc UF plays them yearly in their cross matchup. the rest is fair tho. also, i think ND is contracted to play a number of ACC teams yearly, but i believe we scheduled them before the ACC partnership (not sure though).

they'll never play us in a home and home consistently. its all talk, but they will never commit to it becoming a regular thing. it was already a pain in the *** to get this years game after the way they *****ed in 2013 after the loss. only way i see it happening is if it occurs in a neutral site. id like to see it go to tampa if we play them again (though, USF would probably have a say against it). it only helps us get traction in areas that predominantly gator (orlando and tampa).

We've had traction in Orlando and Tampa for yrs....More than UF & FSU??...Of course not, but we've pulled some real Gems outta there for awhile...(Sapp..Searcy...Lang...Copeland...etc..) Orlando and most of Central Fl is pretty much all UF and FSU....

To be fair, them scheduling us three times doesn’t even count for two main reasons. One, is that it cancels out because we also scheduled them. See how that works?

Secondly, those cowardly fūcks get ZERO FŪCKING CREDIT for scheduling us three times in 20 years when we are an instate major P5 rival. That is below even the bare minimum that they should’ve scheduled us.

I swear we have cucks on here that are always trying to be “fair” when it comes to Florida or Florida State.

These are the same guys that if they caught their girl being jackhammered by a real man, they would try to be fair and say “well he does have a bigger caulk than I do...let me watch for a while”

Yes you absolutely can. Gaytes don't willingly schedule LSU, they have to play LSU. Miami actually chose to play LSU. That would be like Miami boasting about playing Clemson.

Then UF doesnt get to include FSU because we play them yearly.

I’m not disagreeing but I would think Miami is earning a nice profit from this year’s game. Plus, getting the first crack of national primetime game, heated rivalry, etc. Not a terrible deal if we do this every 3-4 years.

Ok gaytor concern troll. UF had that pathetic stat where they didn't play an out of state out of conference game since 1991 until they played Michigan in jerry world a couple seasons ago. 1991! They also always have a bye before at least 2 of LSU, UGA and FSU every year. They demand home games, they have like 7 or 8 a year, take out neutral site uga they have about 4 away games a year and rarely do home and homes. They bully schools into playing only at gville and get little in return.

But all of that is ok because "muh SEC" and "muh fsu." Bunch of crap. They aren;t the only team that plays a rival every year. Sure most teams don't try to schedule gauntlet schedules every year because it just doesn't help you at a certain point. But Uf has gone above and beyond with the easy, advantageous scheduling. Going back decades. This isn't a new thing for them. It's not simply because of the new playoff structure like it is for other teams where the new normal is really only scheduling 1 or maybe 2 strong ooc games. And just for fyi in roughly the last 10 years alone we have been to OSU, Oklahoma, South Bend, Chicago, Nebraska.

But they dropped us because they wanted to play a more national schedule. Are you suggesting they're afraid of us?

Deep down we will always scare them. We are dangerous and unpredictable and they don't like it. Its why they talk so much when we're down to keep us there, and its why they are talking so much right now. They are trying to convince themselve more than anyone.

And Ive seen a lot of that "national schedule" bs lately. They are reallllly trying to push that fake *** narrative. They dropped us in 85 because bc we were kicking everyone's *** and they wanted no part of it on a yearly basis. That goes for the fans also. They didnt want to have to visit the OB every other year. This has been common knowledge for years. They never even used to argue it that hard. There also might have been other smaller reasons for them doing it, but winners dont run from the best they try to beat them. Its that simple.

Agreed. These millennial loud mouths who are doing a lot of the barking need to go back and see why UFag dropped playing the U. There’s a good reason - we busted their ****s routinely.
