Everyone knows that the great Cane teams protected the home field. We still have the longest home winning streak I believe. When I look at Mario’s progression, he is on track for what I expected.
1. Evaluate and turn over the roster - check
2. Change the culture - check
3. Improve S&C - check
4. Hire coordinators who fit - check

Next on the list is protecting the Rock. We have been abysmal for a long time at doing that. Can Mario get a home winning streak going against a top 25 team this weekend? We will find out. This might be one of those games where we look back at what was the turning point.

On a serious note, who the **** knows. While I was encouraged by the last game, all we did was out athlete the other Miami. This weekend will be a much bigger test and even then, how much will we know. A&M, like us, is trying to rise up out of the ashes as well.
