Too soon for this conversation? 22 high schoolers on board, with likely 3-5 more in the next 2 1/2 weeks. As of right now do we even have that many spots? Quite a few more will have to portal out to open the 35-40 spots speculated about.
So let's say we ink 26 high schoolers and hit the portal for another 12. About a 2-1 ratio. How does that sound? We know how quickly quality portal acquisitions can turn a program. So do you hit the portal aggressively out of the gate (tomorrow)? Do you have the space to do so? Do we see 5-7 off the current roster hit the portal tomorrow?

Going to be more than 26 imo, your concern is validated.

22 right now. Add Sampson, Bain, another d-lineman, and an RB most likely. 26, and we haven’t discussed any WRs, DBs, potential LB addition…this has the makings of a 28-30 sized class.

Hope we get some more portal entries on our end, because you’re right - the numbers won’t add up - not enough to add enough quantity in the portal.
