This is like an AA meeting. I'll stand up and say I used to believe him. Not any more. Not for awhile, really. I just don't even want to hear him say anything less than "I'm leaving to pursue other opportunities".

I don't just want D'Onofrio gone; I want Al gone. We are seriously under-coached and under-performing based on the talent on hand. I sat on the fence for a long time, but it's over for me.

We have a lot of talent. Too bad it's being wasted.
