Hey mirabal it’s time to chop off your arms

Not much of a choice. Heck, I'd even say Cantwell & McCoy at G & Hawks at T. I'll take my chances with the raw 6'9" guy over the 6'2" guy at G.
This.

Pancake, McCoy, Rodriguez, Buchanan, Hawk

Get some TE help on the right or RB chip on the release for passes and watch the oline improve quickly.

That left side is something you can lean on especially with Ruskovich blocking off the left

Biggest concern on the entire team for me. A good OL allows you to control the game when the momentum goes against you by running it down a team's throat. The inability to do that is the most concerning aspect of this years team, beyond the defensive issues.
So it's offense and defensive way to narrow it down

If he doesn't make good on his promise we'll end up like FSU and the dog **** guy. I fully expect Mirabal to be rocking two prosthetic arms next week.

You know when you put your car on cruise control and realize you're slowing down, and the cruise isn't working? That was our O in the second half. Instead of hitting the gas again, we just tried to coast home. Freaking pathetic. Luckily, the car behind us had engine trouble and a couple flat tires.

Lol @ 6'2 btw. Yeah and my **** is 16 inches long.

2 smartest OL guys in the room better figure it out and fast...

Despite all the (justified) acrimony right now, I tend to think they will.

I absolutely refuse to believe 65 starts another game. I understand they like him, that he practices well and they wanted to reward the more experienced player, but enough is enough.

I’m intrigued by the thought of just moving McCoy back to guard and letting Cantwell take his lumps at RT where he’s most naturally suited. Then find your best guard between the rest.

We’re stuck with Rodriguez unfortunately. Need to hope he gets better. Brockermeyer looked rough initially last year and did improve.

I don't think you can allow your 4 million dollar, first round draft pick possibility, heisman contending QB to be protected by a guard with a 22 PFF pass block grading. It is unfair to the QB and the entire team to put a guy like that out there in this circumstance.

I fear that we will probably still see 65 starting...hope I wrong.
I like Mirabal but sometimes I get the sense that he suffers from smartest guy in the room syndrome.

Many of us knew this Oline wasn't going to be as good as last year. But we need to figure it out fast because that was pathetic.
You don't need to be all world to know which guy to block. Maybe we should get these guys some Meta glasses so they can see who to pick up.
